Week 1 · Foundation

Week 2 · Technique

Ball Mastery

Cuts, feints, step-overs, Cruyff turns. Control under pressure until skill becomes instinct.

Week 3 · Attack

Shooting

Stationary curls, power shots, outside-foot technique, finishing from dribble sequences.

Week 4 · Connection

Passing

Short, long, one-touch, driven, chipped — building the language of team play.
